The everyday terms that apply to this website and to table requests.

These terms apply to your use of the Adam's Kitchen website at adamskitchen.ie. By using the site or sending us a table request, you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please phone us instead.
Sending the reservation form does not reserve a table. It tells us you would like one. Your booking exists only once we confirm it by email or phone, normally within 24 hours. Until then, please assume nothing is held for you. For parties of eight or more, or if you need a table today, please phone us rather than use the form.
Please let us know as early as you can if you cannot make it or your numbers change. We hold tables for 15 minutes past the booked time before releasing them. We do not take card details and we do not charge cancellation fees.
Tell us about any allergy or intolerance in the form, and again when you arrive. Our kitchen is small and handles nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish and other allergens, so while we take every reasonable care, we cannot guarantee any dish is entirely free of traces. If an allergy is severe, please speak to a member of staff before ordering.
We keep this site as accurate as we can, but menus change with the seasons and with what is available locally, and prices and opening hours can change without notice. Nothing on this website is a binding offer. If a dish matters to you, please check with us before travelling.
You may browse and print pages of this site for your own use. The text, photographs and design belong to Adam's Kitchen and may not be copied or reused commercially without our permission. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site or submit false booking requests.
Where we link to other websites, such as Google Maps or our Google review page, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
We provide this website as it is, and we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
